- If you choose to split your tuition into two payments, the second
half is due 30 days prior to the start of the class.
- We retain the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion at
any time.
- No cancellations within 60 days prior to class.

- Cancellations must be done within 30 days of registration, but not
within 60 days prior to class, class credit only. Otherwise we can
only process your tuition as credit towards another class Charles
Virtue offers.
- For all cancellations before 30 days of your registration and
before 60 days to class dates, we reserve the right to retain a $100
(or the equivalent of $100 in your foreign currency) cancellation fee.
- Class Credit/Transfers will never expire and can be used for any
ACP/ETP/Mediumship class world-wide.
- You may transfer to any other scheduled class up to 15 days prior
to the start date of the class you wish to attend.
